Auto-enrolment

It is now a legal requirement that every employer offers a workplace pension scheme. You will need to automatically enrol your employees and pay contributions for them if they are eligible or entitled to a pension.

At The Swift Payroll Company we go one step further and can apply for a pension scheme for you, again freeing up your own time. Once you have a pension scheme we will then set it up within the sage module. An assessment will be made each week or month of your staff automatically enrolling eligible job holders.

We will: -

• Submit your pension payment file to your pension provider
• Communicate with your staff either by letter or email explaining about auto enrolment, non eligibility or postponement.
• Process opt-outs and postponements.
• Produce reports each week or month as required
• Complete your declaration of compliance with the pension regulator.
